Nhân viên/Chuyên viênKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Hardware Engineer to
lead the design, development, and validation of embedded hardware for our smart
solar datalogger/controller. This role is central to creating a scalable and
modular hardware platform that supports solar systems, clean energy interfaces,
IoT protocols, and edge-to-cloud communication.

Design and develop PCB and hardware architecture for embedded
controllers in solar energy systems.

Select and validate key components (MCUs, sensors, communication modules,
power supplies).

Ensure hardware supports real-time data acquisition, storage,
control interfaces, and IoT protocols (RS485, Modbus, MQTT, CAN, etc.).

Design power input protection, isolation, and efficiency management
circuits for harsh environments.

Collaborate with firmware and cloud engineers to ensure seamless
integration.

Perform hardware bring-up, debugging, and validation using
oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.

Ensure EMI/EMC compliance, safety, and certifications (CE, FCC,
etc.).

Maintain thorough documentation for production, testing, and
certification.
REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
or related field.

3+ years experience in embedded hardware design (preferably
for energy or industrial systems).

Proficient in PCB CAD tools (Altium, KiCad, Eagle, etc.).

Experience with power electronics, digital/analog
mixed-signal design, and sensor interfacing.

Familiar with industrial protocols (Modbus, CANbus), and
wireless comms (WiFi, LoRa, LTE, Zigbee).

Knowledge of solar systems, battery storage, and smart grid
architecture is a strong plus.

Problem-solving mindset with strong documentation and
teamwork skills.
