Nhân viên/Chuyên viênKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for developing and
executing strategic hiring plans to attract, assess, and onboard high-quality
technical and functional talents — especially in the Solar and Renewable Energy
sector. The role contributes directly to building a sustainable, innovative,
and “green” workforce aligned with SolarBK’s long-term vision.
Talent Acquisition & Strategy:
-
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet technical and
non-technical hiring needs across departments.

Partner with line
managers to understand position requirements, define job profiles, and
ensure alignment with business goals.

Source, attract, and engage both active and
passive candidates through multiple channels: job portals, LinkedIn, social
media, industry forums, and professional networks.

Conduct screening
and interviews to assess technical competency, experience, and cultural
fit.

Manage the end-to-end
recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, evaluation, interview
coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Utilize applicant
tracking systems (ATS) and other tools to maintain accurate candidate
data and ensure smooth recruitment workflows.
Stakeholder Partnership & Advisory:

Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques, evaluation methods, and selection decisions.

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure an
efficient, transparent, and high-quality recruitment experience.

Provide data-driven insights on talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment effectiveness.
Employer Branding & External Relations:
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and
technical communities to enhance the company’s talent pipeline.

Support employer
branding initiatives, including recruitment events, job fairs, and industry
conferences.

Promote SolarBK’s image as a leading green-technology employer through consistent and authentic
messaging.
Talent Development & Succession:
-
Participate in planning and implementing succession programs to ensure
long-term talent sustainability.

Contribute ideas to strengthen internal talent pipelines and workforce readiness for business
expansion.
Continuous Improvement:
-
Stay updated with market trends, best practices, and new
technologies in recruitment to continuously improve processes.

Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,
Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
-
Minimum 2–3 years
of experience in technical
talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within Sales C&I and Electrical Engineering
functions.

Prior experience in the Solar or Renewable Energy industry is a strong advantage.
Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and hiring market trends in renewable
energy.

Proficiency in using ATS systems, recruitment tools, and online sourcing platforms.
-
Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills to build trust with candidates and internal
stakeholders.

Sound knowledge of recruitment
best practices, interviewing, and assessment methodologies.

Strong organizational
and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple hiring
projects in a fast-paced environment.

Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable with change in a dynamic organization.

Fluent in English
(both written and spoken).
