Trưởng/Phó phòngKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Manages all aspects of scheduled and unscheduled
maintenance of arrays, vegetation, site conditions, security systems…
-
Possesses high level of understanding and technical
expertise in all means and methods relating to solar project commissioning,
operations and troubleshooting.
-
Supervise site operating personnel and service providers,
subcontractors and consultants to ensure quality and conformance to
specifications, budgets, schedule with contracted requirements and performance
targets for the assigned solar project.
-
Prepares and continually reviews procedures necessary for
operation and maintenance, and operator qualification documents.
-
Write and administer Job Hazard Analysis (JHAs) and Lock
Out Tag Out (LOTO).
-
Perform inspections and support troubleshooting on solar
plant either scheduled or unscheduled.
-
Interface with regulatory officials, landowners, community
leaders and other project stakeholders.
-
Supervise, train, and motivate personnel assigned to solar
project.
-
Ensure that employee policies and procedures are followed
by all sites’ personnel; ensure that the manual has been distributed to all
employees and that the policies outlined within are reasonably understood by
all staff members.
-
Manage customer relationships related to solar preventive
maintenance (O&M), schedule and assign O&M inspections, and generate
customer-facing inspection reports.

Prepare the annual site O&M budget and recommend
capital improvements/enhancements.

Provide business analysis and support services in a legal
and economical manner.

Determine warranty vs. chargeability of service work on a
per-incident basis, as well as develop price quotes and estimates for
chargeable work.

Other non-essential duties as assigned or may be necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
-
Bachelor's Degree in Technical or related field required.
-
Journeyman Electrician certification preferred.
-
4+ years of experience executing general plant maintenance,
solar operations preferred.
-
2 years of prior customer service experience required,
including case management, scheduling, prioritization, dispatching, and
customer interactions associated with service engagements.
-
Responsive to both customers and colleagues.
-
Prior solar PV and/or electrical experience required.
-
Familiarity and experience with data communications
equipment and protocols (Wi-Fi, ZigBee, powerline adapters, range extenders,
network switches…) desirable but not required.
-
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
-
Solid technical and financial acumen.
