Investment Executive, Senior Level

1. Role Purpose
- Investment Executive is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing new investment opportunities, including developing new product lines, establishing joint ventures (JV), and building strategic partnerships. This role bridges Strategy, Investment, and Business Development, leading projects from idea to execution.

2. Key Responsibilities
- Deal sourcing & market analysis.
- Financial modeling (IRR, NPV, sensitivity).
- Feasibility & investment analysis.
- Structuring JV/SPV/partnership.
- Deal negotiation & execution.
- Project incubation & implementation.
- Strategy support for BOD/CEO.

3. Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics or related fields.
- 2–5 years experience in investment, consulting, corporate finance or project development.
- Strong financial modeling skills.
- Business mindset and execution capability.
- Good communication & negotiation skills.
- English Fluency. Working with foreign partners.
